THE VINES: Grenache: Estate vines located in Aubais (Gard). Organically and biodynamically farmed (Demeter). Yield 40hl/ha. Vines planted in 1971. Harvested by hand. Cinsault : Estate vines located in Aujargues (Gard). Organically and biodynamically farmed (conversion towards Demeter). Yield 40hl/ha. Vines planted in 1969. Harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in a clay amphora and stainless steel tank.

TASTING: It features a bouquet of red fruit candies and a light structure.
