VIN DE FRANCE

GRAPE VARIETY & TERROIR: Grenache on yellow marls and Macabeu on fluvioglacial alluviums.

CUVÉE LE QUAI À RAISINS: Wine made with grapes sourced from Domaine d’Eriane and Domaine Pouderoux.

THE VINES: Grenache located in Saint-Mamert-du-Gard and farmed by Clodéric Prade. Macabeu located in Corneilla-La-Rivière and farmed by Louise and Leo from Domaine Pouderoux. Organically and biodynamically grown and harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: 7 day maceration for the Grenache and 14 day maceration for the Macabeu. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak barrels and concrete egg followed by 4 months in stainless steel tank. Total SO2 non detectable.

TASTING: Spicy notes of turmeric and pepper, light tannic structure, and a quite crispy finish.

WHEN TO DRINK: To drink by it’s own to discover orange wine or to pair with an oily fish.
