Méridional 2023

VIN DE FRANCE

GRAPE VARIETIES & TERROIR: 72% Grenache and 28% Rolle on yellow marls.

CUVÉE LE QUAI À RAISINS: Wine made with grapes sourced from Domaine d’Eriane.

THE VINES: Parcels located in Saint-Mamert-du-Gard. Organically and biodynamically farmed by Clodéric Prade, Domaine d’Eriane. Harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: Direct press. After must settling, the wines ferment with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and French oak barrels (30%). Méridional is bottled after staying on lees for 8 months. Total SO2 15mg/L.

TASTING: A white wine of Mediterranean influences with light saltiness, great freshness and a very floral bouquet.

WHEN TO DRINK: Crisp white wine. Best drunk with oysters, light summer salads or by itself.
